Overview

All nations throughout recorded history, including all present day nations, that possess internal social order and exhibit purposeful direction in their social, political, and economic policy are organized around a core ideology that is accepted by that culture as absolute truth. All nations so organized follow a similar pattern of development and decay, and the absolute truth that once generated powerful military and economic forces, is viewed, or will be viewed, by history as foolish and limited. The existence, rise, and fall, of these various claims to absolute truth should be of particular interest to Christians because such belief systems temporarily satisfy the need for God resident in its people. The decay of these systems is predictable as numerous and similar warning signs are exhibited during the course of decay that foretell future events. It is the call of Christians to effectively intervene in such cultural processes to expose the underlying need for God, and bear witness to the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, as the only source of life, and the only answer to the deepest hunger of all humans. It is the purpose of this section to empower the witness of Christians so that the many who would otherwise die in painful self-destruction, will find salvation.

Holy Rage

An examination of holy rage as manifested in modern day terrorism, and in fascism and communism. The root of holy rage is exposed and therefore shown to exist in all secular value systems, and in all false religions. It makes the case that terrorism and wars of aggression emerge from within the originating culture in direct relationship to the degree of stress experienced by that culture, and consequently the greater the violent rage, the more certain the collapse of the originating culture in the near term.

The Practical Consequence of Knowing God

This article compares the Abraham, Gilgamesh, King David, and Alexander the Great, and shows how Abraham and King David were surrounded by people who discerned and made know to the public their personal weaknesses and sins. This discernment effectively prevented the development of delusion in those two leaders. Gilgamesh and Alexander the Great, on the contrary, were not surrounded by such people and therefore succumbed to delusion. The articles develops the importance of such discernment in Judo-Christian history and shows that God the Father intended that divinely appointed leaders would be surrounded by people of discernment with the courage speak out. The article's concludes that the truth of any leader's claim to divine appointed can be true only if that person is surround by "inspired critics," and the leader accepts the presence and function of those critics.
